Safari
The grasslands of Penwarn are home to Springbok, Reedbuck, Zebra, Wildebeest, Eland, Blesbok and Hartebeest. We will take you on game drives that will bring you up close to these beautiful creatures. The rivers and wetlands, as well as the montane grasslands are the special home of many interesting bird and flower species. We have a vulture restaurant attracting the rare Lammergeier, Black Eagle and Cape Vulture.



Plains Game
Hunt Eland, Reedbuck, Vaal Rhebuck, Blesbok, Bushbuck and Duiker in the rugged Highland Sourveld of Underberg.
We have 50 000 hectares of rugged mountainous concessions, so bring comfortable clothes and boots. Plenty of warm clothes and a good set of waterproofs are essential.

Game Hunting
Parties are limited to a maximum of four hunters. Hunters families are welcome to observe for a charge of 50 % of the normal daily rate. Trout fishing is included in our charges, and rods are available.
Licence and trophy fees are payable at the termination of the hunt, otherwise our standard terms of business apply.
Rates


Wingshooting
Join us for some of the finest waterfowl shooting available. Shoot Spurwing Geese, Egyptian Geese, Yellow Billed Duck and more on the many dams in our 50 000 hectare hunting concessions.
The shooting season runs from the end of May to the end of August. Bring waders and plenty of warm clothes and gloves. Our winters are harsh and snow is not uncommon.
Shooting
Parties are limited to a maximum of eight and a minimum of six guns. Hunters families are welcome to join as observers at a charge of 50 % of the normal daily rate. Well-trained gun dogs are welcome, but please limit them to a maximum of two per shoot. Kennels are available at no extra charge. Rates
Quail shooting, depending on the season, can be arranged between November and February.
Camping can be arranged and trout fishing in some of the finest streams and dams in Southern Africa is included in our charges.
